Probably somebody has noticed this as well, since I’ve been searching on this topic and I seem to stumble on this forum all the time.
When I use ‘stream what you hear’, is plays on my Marantz Melody cr510 after about 4 seconds (PCM). When I use the Windows Media Player option when streaming individual mp3 files, it plays almost instantly.
I would say that the buffer ‘stream what your hear’ uses is quite big as opposed to the one used by Miscrosoft. Am I wrong?
Is there perhaps another way to remedy this long lag?

Btw: I am not complaining about the program, it was free, so that’s cool.
